The Yard in April

I spent some time in the past two weeks taking plants from the Twin Oaks garden and transplanting them into the Park garden.  I also planted 20 roses from Heritage roses - all old fashioned and fragrant.  I bought $250 worth of heirloom flower seeds and have started planting those; poppies, sweet peas....yummy.  I still have lots and lots of seeds to plant when the danger of frost is past.  Today we have 3 inches of snow on  the ground so I think we have a couple weeks till all danger of frost is gone. :)
This is the picture of our front yard when we moved in.  Nice but kind of plain and very little privacy.

 Same view with improvements.
